If I do a full body workout, how Long should I wait until the next full body workout?
Just joined a gym, and need to know if I do a full body workout, is waiting 1 day long enough to do the next full body workout?

DO NOT work out your whole body, if you work out your whole body in a Single day and can work it the same way with Only One day in between, then you wont gain muscle. Maybe for the first week or so you may gain a Very Small amount.
you should work out sections every day, taking days off every once in a while. If you do it right, then the body part you work should be sore for days.
Heres my routine:
day 1: Chest, shoulders, triceps
day 2: back, biceps
day 3: abs legs
and a day off at the end or in between Two of the days.
only giving your body one day in between workouts isn’t enough time for your muscles to recover. If you want to gain muscle i suggest making a routine with a 3 or 4 day split, or More, a Lot of people may only work a body part once a week.
